Shipping
We ship to the US and Canada. Customers from other countries please contact us before ordering so we can calculate postage.
Orders ship from Petaluma, CA 94952. Orders over $50 (Fifty dollars) ship for free via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Maximum weight 25lbs. Orders under $50 will ship via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation for a flat rate of $5.60.
We will do our best to ship an order within one business day of receiving it.

Returns
All returns are at the discretion of the Mad Maggies Store (We have to say this to cover our bottoms).
If an item is defective we will replace it.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason we will be happy to exchange it or refund depending on the situation.
Opened CDs cannot be exhanged. Worn or washed T-shirts cannot be exhanged.
Items to be returned must have original sales slip.
